As the Bistrot de Lyon’s Manager since 2019, Kevin Le Boulc’h chose to work in hospitality

“because of my passion and my people skills. I started out in Paris,” he explains. “I learned the ropes at Gallopin, with Monsieur and Madame Alexandre, initially working as an assistant behind the bar. I moved on, from one restaurant to the next, gaining valuable experience and learning more about this wonderfully multi-faceted profession, including management and team leadership.”
